Intro to the Albums - Kenya and Victoria Falls

My last stop on the RTW, in February 2005, was Kenya with a brief stopover at Victoria Falls on the way home. I've been to Kenya before so this wasn't your traditional safari. I spent time with friends and then did a safari from Nairobi to Mombasa which covered Amboselli, Tsavo East and West and then flew up to the beautiful island of Lamu for a week.

Victoria Falls is one of those places you hear so much about that you wonder if you will be disappointed. It was absolutely stunning and well worth the side trip. I saw it from ground level and from the air.

I know people always say, "Great Pictures" ... these are OUTSTANDING!!

The falls must be breath-taking to see in person.

Wow Ann, you're a real explorer!
Great that you made albums too.
Funny, that was the year I too was on a RTW ticket, but mostly doing volunteer stints.
